Self catering two-bedroom holiday cottage
Next door to our Victorian country house, this cottage enjoys a lovely peaceful setting and is central for seeing Snowdonia and all of North Wales. It was originally constructed in the mid 1860’s as a coach house and stables downstairs (now the bedrooms) and artist’s studio upstairs (now the lounge) which takes advantage of the light and views. In 2016 the cottage was completely updated and now provides a comfortable base for an active or relaxing holiday.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor – one double (5' bed) and one twin-bedded sleeping four people although it is possible to accommodate an infant in a cot. On the first floor is the rest of the accommodation with a spacious lounge, bathroom with electric shower over the bath, and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washer/drier.

LOUNGE
Original exposed beams with a high A frame ceiling, stone fireplace, comfortable lounge suite and a colour TV with digital channels. There is a small collection of books and board games for you to enjoy.
BATHROOM
Large bath with electric shower over and fully tiled. Tall heated towel rail and separate fan heater.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION
The two lovely bedrooms, one large double with plenty of room for a cot, the smaller room has twin beds and wall to wall mirror fronted wardrobes. All beds are made up ready for you with crisp white linen. Linen is not provided for cots.

Guests can enjoy a private patio with table and chairs or use the main garden with a decking area and further table and chairs. There you can sit and enjoy the views and bluebell woods at the base of Garmon Mountain.

The cottage was completely refurbished in December 2016 and full gas central heating was installed for year-round comfort. The cottage sleeps four (5 with a cot) and is available throughout the year, with lettings usually for a minimum of one week Friday to Friday. Short breaks with a minimum of 2 nights are also considered subject to availability and season.
A short walk of 7 minutes via a public footpath and over the suspension bridge brings you into the centre of the village for interesting shops and some fabulous restaurants. There is a private car park with two spaces for use by the cottage guests. Larger food shops can be found in Llanrwst or if you wish to do an online shop for your arrival we are happy to receive it in for you.
